ALE’s objective was to combine their full-year results announcement with communication of their retail offer to the investor market. Intending to raise substantial funds from selling their assets, it was vital for ALE’s communication to be compelling and persuasive to maximise investor uptake.
We worked closely with ALE to produce an Interactive Roadshow™ microsite for their Capital Management Initiatives. The microsite housed key communication pieces investors would need, including an interactive Retail Offer Booklet, timetable of key dates, interactive presentation on FY Results and Capital Management Initiatives and a video interview of ALE’s Managing Director.
The microsite led to a 90% take-up by ALE’s retail holders, representing one of the highest take-ups achieved in the property industry. Our tailored design for ALE delivered this by:
- enabling investors to access one platform to quickly find what they needed
- providing management insights through an appealing CEO video
We gave ALE the ability to track real-time investor interest leading up to the raising, send timely email alerts to subscribers and remind all stakeholders – in one click – about the offer timing and deadline.
